Gentle Yoga and Senior Fitness classes are held weekly. There are two ways you can participate:

Attend and pay for each class as you go

Drop in on any class you like and pay at the door (cash or checks).

Pay a monthly membership fee

With this option you can attend as many classes as you want over the course of the month for one low price (cash or checks accepted).

Retreat guests can attend classes for no charge during their stay.
